Lasse Andresen
Chief Executive Officer
A powerhouse of tireless can-do enthusiasm, Lasse brings a unique blend of business, technical and people skills to leading Forgerock. His twenty-plus years of experience in the software industry include leadership roles at both Sun Microsystems and Texas Instruments, including as CTO for Sun Central and Northern Europe. His passion and vision combine to ensure ForgeRock is always ready to execute and deliver. 2000-2003 Co-Founder and CTO of Gravityrock.
Lasse has also played keyboards in several bands.
His special skills span being an entrepreneur, the network is the computer (cloud computing), identity and access management, web 2.0, infrastructure software, open source, distributed organizations, and leadership.
Frank Pisciuneri
Finance
Frank leads ForgeRock’s Finance, Tax, Legal and Human Resources functions. He brings broad international experience in finance, operations, HR and business development to the Company. Prior to joining ForgeRock, he held a business development role as Managing Director at Silicon Valley Bank, which allow him to experience many exciting technology companies and business models. Frank has served as CFO for Wyse Technology and held various senior management positions in finance and operations during his eight years with Citrix Systems. He has also held several senior finance positions with Ryder System including an international controllership. He began his career as an auditor with Deloitte. In his spare time, Frank enjoys playing tennis and electric guitar.
Hermann Svoren
Vice President Sales
With many years of technology sales behind him, Hermann's patient attention to detail has made him the ideal sales partner to countless customers. His experience at Sun Microsystems in Scandinavia has provided him with the insights essential to devising ForgeRock's unique approach to pricing and account management. He's built an excellent global sales team in a short time and has been a foundation stone of ForgeRock's early successes.
Neil Chapman
Vice President Business Development
Neil leads Business Development at ForgeRock using experience gained through his nearly 20 years delivering mission critical enterprise technology solutions to organisations across the globe. Initially inhouse with such financial services giants as Enron and Credit Suisse, and subsequently heading sales and business development at a variety of enterprise solution vendors, Neil brings a focused commercial drive to the realisation of ForgeRock's growth strategy.
A veteran of several successful start-up and mid-stage growth technology companies, Neil's education in Management Accountancy and finance brings a solid grounding of pragmatic realism to his naturally entrepreneurial nature.
Neil is passionate about open source, good science, mountains and the written word.
Jamie Nelson
Vice President Engineering
Jamie brings more than 20 years of experience building complex, high performance, enterprise software, with the last 10 years focused on Identity and Access Management. Prior to joining ForgeRock Jamie was the co-founder of ApexIdentity, which merged with ForgeRock in 2010. Jamie also served as the Director of Engineering at Sun Microsystems leading their Access Management, Federation, and Web Services Security business, as well as driving the Identity Management business unit’s next-generation Identity Services platform. Jamie’s team was also responsible for creating and building the product and community around the open source single sign-on project, OpenSSO. Prior to this, Jamie held both management and engineering positions in enterprise portal software, user management, and network management.
Steve Ferris
Vice President Services
Steve's has spent over a decade providing consulting, training and support to many of Sun Microsystems' key accounts worldwide. Steve has always strived to ensure the projects in which he has been involved meet the very highest levels of professionalism and commitment to customer service. He brings that dedication of excellent customer service to ForgeRock's Services organisation with the aim of delivering an industry leading level of support to ForgeRock's customers.
Steve has been an ardent Computer Scientist for as long as he can remember and has spent the last fifteen years evangelising open-source and open-standards to his delegates.
Steve enjoys field sports and can often be found sitting at his laptop surrounded by his two labradors; Peach and Pelham.
