Identity Summit London - Social Recap & Photostream

Our 2016 Identity Summit London took place last Wednesday, October 19th at the Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Square. The venue originated as the London Freemasons' Tavern, dating to 1775 and feature an Italianate marble facade, historic sculpture, and rich architectural detail throughout. The Summit was ForgeRock's most well-attended event outside of the U.S., with more than 300 customers, partners, analysts, and members of the large identity community on hand. With so many attendees, the event was trending on social media throughout the day.

Privacy Matters

Pew Research released an interesting report earlier this year focusing on American attitudes towards privacy and information sharing in the digital world. Every day, people have to choose if they want to share their personal information with businesses and governments in exchange for access to a product or service. Pew found that willingness to share personal data depended greatly on the context.
