That's a Wrap - Our First Singapore UnSummit
Earlier this week we hosted our first Singapore Identity UnSummit at the beautiful Arts House. It was a rousing success, with over 80 identity professionals from the greater Singapore tech community, sharing their thoughts and insights on all things identity. We're excited to have finally brought the Identity UnSummit to Singapore, as they are popular worldwide for ForgeRock customers and identity community members who are eager to broaden their knowledge in the identity and access management space, get up to speed on new technologies and meet with their peers.
In terms of the day's proceedings, we started in the Chamber Room, where the beautiful architecture was further highlighted with purple and blue lights; a very cool, fun and dramatic space. Our master of ceremonies for the day, VP of Global Partner Success, Allan Foster kicked things off, introducing Andrew Latham, Director of Customer Engineering. Andrew presented 'Securing Customer Interactions Anytime, Anywhere', discussing the major security and identity challenges facing organisations as well as the key recommendations to solve not only today's problems but tomorrow's too.
Alan then returned on stage for 'Power to the People', a discussion on trust, GDPR and privacy - and how it relates to organisations in the Singapore (and broader Asia South) region. Daniel Raskin, SVP Product Management shared with the audience a glimpse into the ForgeRock Identity Platform Roadmap and the major identity trends to come.
With the formalities over, we moved across the hall into the Blue Room for a coffee break and creation of the agenda for the roundtable discussions. As a collective we voted and settled on the following topics:

With the agenda set, we broke out into the roundtables and began the individual break out sessions. We wrapped things up with a happy hour at the end of the day and with that, we turn our attention to New York City, where our next UnSummit will take place on October 5th. Start spreading the news!
