Jeff Greene is currently an Acting Director in the NSC's Cyber Directorate. Jeff previously served as the Director of the National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (NCCoE) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The NCCoE is a collaborative hub where industry, government, and academic institutions work together to identify pressing cybersecurity issues and to develop practical cybersecurity solutions to address them. Prior to joining NIST, Jeff was the Vice President of Global Government Affairs and Policy at Symantec. He served as an appointed member of NIST’s Information Security and Privacy Advisory Board from 2015 to 2020 and was a special government employee at NIST supporting the President’s 2016 Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity. Before Symantec Jeff worked on both the House and Senate Homeland Security Committees.

Michael Kelley is a Sr. Research Director in the Secure Business Enablement group at Gartner, focusing on identity and access management.

Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Kelley served in the private sector leading both the Identity and Authentication, and the Security Operations organizations at Koch Industries. He also served as an Identity Strategy Architect focused on the migration of a global enterprise to identity federation and modern authentication. Mr. Kelley managed refreshes of enterprise PKI, Rights Management, and Active Directory, and drove implementations of Certificate Life Cycle management and Virtual Directory platforms. Prior to this, he held several technical positions with DeCrane Aircraft/Precision Pattern Inc., and with Hewlett Packard and Compaq in support of General Electric Aircraft Engines.

Andrew leads teams that build and enable successful digital consumer products. As a seasoned Product Manager for global companies like HSBC, Microsoft and the BBC, Andrew bridges business and technology; defining strategic goals and leading agile collaboration to effectively deliver those goals. He has a background in engineering, professional services and management which helps him build and maintain relationships that drive genuine business benefits.

Rolf is leading Swisscom's Identity and Access Management (IAM) product domain including Customer-IAM for the retail, business and wholesale customer segments and the Employee-IAM for Swisscom as an enterprise. He drives the transformation and evolution of the IAM portfolio to meet the need of the business. “The future of Swisscom is digital, and our customers expect simplicity, security, speed and flexibility. IAM is a key element of the customer journey and gains in importance.”

He joined Swisscom in 2013 and transformed the mid-market segment form a Telecommunications to an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) business distributing IP based products leveraging online channels. His background is in business consulting in the European Telecommunications & High-tech industry.

Rich is the leader of PwC’s Cyber Implementation and Operations Group. He has over twenty years of experience in successfully delivering complex IAM projects at some of the largest companies in the world. In addition to delivering successful projects, Rich has helped companies attain significant cost savings through their IAM systems and has helped clients find and realize business value from their IAM investments. Rich has led projects in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia in Retail, FS, Automotive, Healthcare and Pharma. Rich is seen as a thought leader in the IAM space publishing articles, and holding numerous workshops on IAM, and working closely with the analyst and vendor communities on issues around IAM.

Ken is an expert in cybersecurity, focusing on the development and execution of corporate security programs, strategic architecture, and cybersecurity operations. At Jackson, Ken leads the Information Protection program consisting of data protection and identity and access management across its global foot print ensuring that the right people have the right access to the right systems at the right time.

Ken joined Jackson in 2016 and moved to a global role with Prudential PLC,Jackson's parent company. Prior to Jackson Ken served a principal cybersecurity consultant for Promontory Financial Group out of Washington D.C. advising finance industry executives on cybersecurity and regulatory compliance. Prior to his time at Promontory, Ken served as global lead of the cybersecurity program for connected products at the Whirlpool Corp., where he was responsible for cybersecurity risk management, consumer privacy protection, and policy compliance. In addition, he developed global enterprise-vulnerability and incident-management frameworks to reduce corporate exposure to cybersecurity risk and compliance issues. With the MITRE Corp., Ken supported several U.S. governmental agencies on information security. He advised the Department of Homeland Security on cybersecurity strategy, policy, and the development of technical architectures; served as the cybersecurity operations liaison embedded within the Defense Department's Defense Information Systems Agency; and advised on developing security strategy and execution plans for Medicare and Medicaid throughout implementation of the Medicare Modernization Act. Prior to MITRE, Ken served on Sprint Corp.'s enterprise-architecture team, where he focused on developing security architecture and implemented several information-security projects related to identity management, access control, and customer privacy.

As part of the Mars global transformation initiative, Balu has built a 21st century global security architecture function with a team of 8 sr. level security architects, working closely with the business community to assess risks, and developing compliance, governance, and risk management in alignment with business objectives. Balu is currently heading the global Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) service within Mars while accelerating the adoption to drive towards its potential to be the largest CIAM deployment in the industry with 500+ million accounts, support some of the complex B2B, B2C and B2B2C use cases for 120+ brands. He has led several successful digital transformation projects for major global corporations involving cutting edge and emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, RPA, etc.) and driving culture changes.

Michael Wyatt is a Cyber Principal in Deloitte & Touche LLP. Michael has over 30 years of professional experience and serves as Deloitte's Global Identity Offering Leader, defining the strategy and operating model for Deloitte's global identity managed services offering. In addition, Michael serves Deloitte's Risk Advisory leader for the states of Texas. He has led the design and delivery of numerous complex identity management projects across multiple industries including government and public service (GPS), financial services, media, energy, aerospace and defense, and healthcare.
