ForgeRock's Statement on Modern Slavery

This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes ForgeRock's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year commencing 1 January 2022 and ending 31 December 2022.

ForgeRock supports the aims of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and is committed to protecting human rights and preventing acts of modern slavery, human trafficking and forced labor from occurring within its business activities.

Our Business
ForgeRock Inc. (“ForgeRock”) is a multinational security, identity and access management software company for commercial enterprise, cloud, social, and mobile systems. ForgeRock US, Inc. carries on ForgeRock’s business activities in the US and ForgeRock Limited carries on ForgeRock’s business activities in the UK and elsewhere. ForgeRock Limited and ForgeRock US, Inc. are subsidiaries of ForgeRock Inc.

Our Policies
ForgeRock’s Code of Ethics and Business (“The Code”) covers compliance with the Human Rights Act, including modern slavery. The Code applies to everyone who are engaged in ForgeRock’s business including our directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents. We also expect the same unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity from our suppliers and business partners. We require our suppliers and business partners to comply with The Code or their own code of ethics and business conduct that is at least as demanding.

We comply with all applicable employment legislation relating to employee terms and conditions, including pay, and we make sure that all direct employees have the appropriate rights to work.

Risk and compliance
As part of our commitment to combatting modern slavery, we are in the process of updating our standard contractual terms and conditions that we use to contract with customers as part of our businesses activities to include clauses that forbid the use of slavery and human trafficking.

We are also taking steps to evaluate the nature and extent of our exposure to the risk of modern slavery occurring with our own suppliers by maintaining open dialogue with all suppliers and having in place standard contractual clauses where applicable. Based on the size of our company and the nature of our business activities, we do not consider at this stage that we operate in a high-risk sector.

Following the review of our actions this financial year to prevent slavery or human trafficking from occurring in our business activities, we intend to continue to maintain robust standards to address slavery and human trafficking.
