Alan’s career has seen him leading digital transformations, primarily in the banking sector. Alan is currently the Managing Director and Global Head of Technology at Standard Chartered Bank and leads a global team that serves customers in 30 retail markets in Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Andy has experience in multiple business areas, including executive management, entrepreneurship, information security, information technology, strategic planning and business development, and is a frequent speaker on IAM and InfoSec topics at the regional and national level. Andy is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a BS, Computer and Electrical Engineering. A resident of Louisville, Andy enjoys spending time with his family, as well as home improvement, reading (and recently podcasts) on a variety of subjects and playing golf.
Prior to this appointment, Angelo was the Managing Director of Booz Allen Hamilton in ASEAN leading both the commercial and defence teams, based in ASEAN. His focus was to define and implement cybersecurity strategy, data analytics and management consulting in the region for the private and defence sectors. Prior to Booz Allen, Angelo was the Head of Technology for Barclays Investment bank in Asia Pacific, responsible for the delivery of digital and organisational transformation programmes and governance in the region.

Drawing on his highly focused expertise and extensive experience, Rex spearheads Accenture’s most complex security engagements and thought leaderships in Digital Identity. Most notably, he is currently driving a massive transformational project for a global financial services institution as it re-platforms its entire global identity and access management infrastructure.
In his more than 25 years in technology services, Rex has been an exceptional practice leader, company founder and a trusted industry advisor. He helps solve the most complex management and technology challenges related to security, infrastructure and digital identity strategy for Accenture’s clients.
Prior to Accenture, Rex led PwC’s Identity and Access Management business for eight years. Before that, he was the Chief Technology Officer at Entology, which PwC acquired.
Rex is an ardent sports fan, with a special passion for football. He bases his mantra on Thomas Jefferson’s famous quote—“The harder I work the luckier I get.”
Steve leads a team of around 80 people to design and advise on Identity Policy to support DWP and run an Agile Delivery function to design and deliver Digital solutions for DWP. The aspiration is to have proportionate, omni-channel Identity solutions that simplify the customer and colleague experience.
