He joined Symantec in 2010 through the acquisition of VeriSign's security business. Fran holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.

Jeff Greene is currently an Acting Director in the NSC's Cyber Directorate. Jeff previously served as the Director of the National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (NCCoE) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The NCCoE is a collaborative hub where industry, government, and academic institutions work together to identify pressing cybersecurity issues and to develop practical cybersecurity solutions to address them. Prior to joining NIST, Jeff was the Vice President of Global Government Affairs and Policy at Symantec. He served as an appointed member of NIST’s Information Security and Privacy Advisory Board from 2015 to 2020 and was a special government employee at NIST supporting the President’s 2016 Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity. Before Symantec Jeff worked on both the House and Senate Homeland Security Committees.

Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Kelley served in the private sector leading both the Identity and Authentication, and the Security Operations organizations at Koch Industries. He also served as an Identity Strategy Architect focused on the migration of a global enterprise to identity federation and modern authentication. Mr. Kelley managed refreshes of enterprise PKI, Rights Management, and Active Directory, and drove implementations of Certificate Life Cycle management and Virtual Directory platforms. Prior to this, he held several technical positions with DeCrane Aircraft/Precision Pattern Inc., and with Hewlett Packard and Compaq in support of General Electric Aircraft Engines.

Ken is an expert in cybersecurity, focusing on the development and execution of corporate security programs, strategic architecture, and cybersecurity operations. At Jackson, Ken leads the Information Protection program consisting of data protection and identity and access management across its global foot print ensuring that the right people have the right access to the right systems at the right time.

Ken joined Jackson in 2016 and moved to a global role with Prudential PLC,Jackson's parent company. Prior to Jackson Ken served a principal cybersecurity consultant for Promontory Financial Group out of Washington D.C. advising finance industry executives on cybersecurity and regulatory compliance. Prior to his time at Promontory, Ken served as global lead of the cybersecurity program for connected products at the Whirlpool Corp., where he was responsible for cybersecurity risk management, consumer privacy protection, and policy compliance. In addition, he developed global enterprise-vulnerability and incident-management frameworks to reduce corporate exposure to cybersecurity risk and compliance issues. With the MITRE Corp., Ken supported several U.S. governmental agencies on information security. He advised the Department of Homeland Security on cybersecurity strategy, policy, and the development of technical architectures; served as the cybersecurity operations liaison embedded within the Defense Department's Defense Information Systems Agency; and advised on developing security strategy and execution plans for Medicare and Medicaid throughout implementation of the Medicare Modernization Act. Prior to MITRE, Ken served on Sprint Corp.'s enterprise-architecture team, where he focused on developing security architecture and implemented several information-security projects related to identity management, access control, and customer privacy.
