Conditions of Entry
Based on the ever-changing conditions of COVID-19, please continue to refer to this page for relevant updates, as this is subject to change. The safety of our employees, customers, speakers, sponsors, and partners remains our highest priority.
ForgeRock IDLive continues to monitor and follow all applicable guidelines provided by the State of Victoria, in order to maintain the health and safety of our community. As such:
- Please do not travel/attend this event if you are sick/unwell and/or are experiencing symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19/are waiting for PCR test results) or you are aware that you have come into close contact with a person who either tested positive for COVID-19/was displaying symptoms.
- If you're feeling unwell and have COVID-19 symptoms (no matter how mild), follow the Victorian Government's testing and isolation requirements.
- We highly recommend getting tested for COVID-19 before you travel/attend this event (as close to the time of departure as possible (no more than 3 days) before you travel). If your test is positive you must refrain from attending the event.
- Before and while attending the event adhere to COVIDSafe gatherings which include maintaining a physical distance of 1.5 from each other.
- Attendees should wear face masks when required. Mask wearing is strongly recommended if you are indoors in a public space or outside in a crowded place where you can't physically distance. ForgeRock IDLive fully supports any attendee preferring to wear a mask during the conference. Masks and hand sanitiser will be available for all delegates.
- The venue will ensure regular cleaning of high touchpoint areas and we recommend that attendees wash their hands often.
- ForgeRock IDLive will not require vaccines to attend the conference, but it is highly encouraged for attendees to be vaccinated and we remind attendees that they must comply with the current Victorian Government vaccination requirements.
- If you experience symptoms at any point during attendance of IDLive, please take all necessary precautions for your health and safety, including going home, wearing a mask and remaining 1.5 metres from any other person and following any relevant medical/government advice as appropriate.
- If after attending the event you learn you have COVID, or that someone you were with had COVID follow the checklist for Covid cases to keep yourself and others safe.
Following the disclosure to ForgeRock of a confirmed case of COVID-19 or experiencing COVID-19-like symptoms:
- ForgeRock may:
- follow up with you to assess any risk to others within the office with respect to their potential COVID-19 exposure; and
- issue appropriate notifications to proximate attendees of the event to afford those potentially exposed visitors the opportunity to monitor their own health and take precautions to protect themselves and their family and friends from COVID-19; and
- ForgeRock may also be required to comply with its obligations to report COVID-19 specific data to various governmental agencies in these countries.

This Privacy Notice explains how ForgeRock US, Inc. ("ForgeRock"), collects, uses, and discloses the personal data of visitors to its global sites with respect to reporting Covid-19 related illnesses and related movement information:
- Personal data we use:, We will collect your name, arrival date, arrival time, departure time, job title and company name. If you disclose information with respect to a diagnosis of Covid-19 or illness symptoms commonly associated with Covid-19, we will also process this information. The Covid-19 related personal data referred to here is deemed highly sensitive medical data.

- Specific legal obligations to report life threatening illnesses;
- Our obligations to take measures to protect the health of our workforce and their dependents;
Our legal basis for processing highly sensitive medical data is the necessity to comply with specific legal obligations in the fields of public health and social protection laws.
- International transfer of your personal data: Your personal data will, in many instances, be processed outside of Australia by ForgeRock. ForgeRock has appropriate safeguards in place in accordance with applicable law to ensure that your personal data will be adequately protected.
- Personal data retention period: Your personal and sensitive information, including but not limited to any medical information such as a positive COVID test or diagnosis will only be retained by the company for a limited period in order to comply with our obligations as outlined in this policy, the IDLive Melbourne COVID policy or otherwise as required by applicable law. We will take steps to appropriately delete or destroy the information as soon as possible after collection.
