Monica is a disruptor in the Financial Services market with a strong background that spans across many industries, having developed digital products at the edge of innovation, focusing on payments and banking for more than 15 years. In 2021 she took the product leadership of Lloyds Banking Group Identity and Authentication platform built to achieve Strong Customer Authentication compliance for one the biggest digital estate in UK Financial Services and to drive a vision of a platform as a service product.

Ajit Gupta is the Founder & Managing Director of Midships, a ForgeRock-centric consulting firm, and has over twenty years of experience supporting large organisations to deliver against challenging objectives successfully.

Tammy Martin is an industry leader in Financial Services transformation, with over 15 years’ experience in leading global contact centre operations, defining client contact strategies and transforming the customer and colleague experience.

Andy has been with HSBC since 2001, starting in the development of internet based Banking Services, before moving to Middleware to run various infrastructure projects, later becoming LDAP Lead.  Now Lead Engineer/Architect for Global Directory Services – responsible for the Group’s direction on Identity Customer Management.

Stephen has supported various companies throughout EMEA on multiple high-profile cloud digital transformations and legacy transition projects. Capping his data privacy and security expertise, Stephen was also recognised by the industry and awarded a Fellow of Information Privacy from the International Association of Privacy Professionals in 2016. More recently recognised by Corinium Group as one of the Top 100 Global Leaders in InfoSec (2022)

A passion for digital trust, customer engagement and consumer privacy led Fran to ForgeRock. As CEO, Fran brings 20+ years experience building and leading high-performing enterprise security and identity management teams. Fran joined ForgeRock from Symantec, where he was EVP & GM of the company's $2B+ Consumer Digital Safety segment; a continuation of his success as senior vice president of Authentication and Identity Management Services. He joined Symantec in 2010 through the acquisition of VeriSign's security business. Fran holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.

Peter Barker is Chief Product Officer at ForgeRock, driving the company's global product vision, design and development, and leading product management and all of engineering. Peter joined ForgeRock from Oracle, where he served as senior vice president and general manager of the Identity Management and Security business. Based in Austin, Texas, Peter previously held executive-level positions at Good Technology, Motorola, FedEx and other companies.

Chip is responsible for driving the strategy and growth of ForgeRock's workforce business. He is passionate about working with customers and driving products/solutions that solve the toughest authentication, authorization, and governance challenges. Chip has almost 20 years of experience in the identity and access management industry. Prior to this role, Chip held various leadership positions within ForgeRock and was the RVP leading the America’s South Sales Team. Additionally, Chip has held positions at Oracle and PwC focused on sales, sales management, technical pre-sales, and consulting.

A 20-year tech veteran with AI and ML expertise, Darryl is the driving force behind the innovation found in ForgeRock’s Consumer Identity and Access Management solution.

Responsible for the ForgeRock Solution Architecture team across EMEA, Alex has over twenty years experience in security and identity technology. During this time he has been involved with digital transformation on both the vendor and system integrator side, working alongside Government departments. the Military, multiple Police forces and the banking sector. At ForgeRock Alex interacts on a daily basis with enterprise scale organisations supporting clients and partners with his wealth of knowledge in this fast moving sector.

Matt is responsible for building product strategies and bringing the ForgeRock product portfolio to market. Matt works closely with customers and partners to understand the current market demands and bring them to the product teams to deliver the most modern and comprehensive platform in IAM. Prior to joining ForgeRock, Matt has over 20 years experience in the Identity Management and Security space working with companies such as Oracle, Symantec, Unisys and Passlogix.

Responsible for industry marketing in the EMEA region. Over the past 10 years, Adam has taken a number of digital offerings to market, managed complex technology projects, and led customer and partner relationships across the private and public sectors.

Marcin has over 20 years of experience within multiple security domains in both government and non-government organizations, including those highly regulated. From offensive security operations, security governance and management to IAM space, designing authentication and authorisation solutions for various enterprises ranging from small businesses, car manufacturers, pharmaceutical research companies, telecom giants to leading global providers of financial market data and infrastructure. Currently a solutions architect with ForgeRock helping businesses combat fraud and deploy modern identity and access management.

Tim is a Distinguished Sales Engineer at ForgeRock, specializing in consumer IoT, connected vehicles, and other critical digital identity and security scenarios for Europe's largest enterprises.
